  12. Technical Information List for Non-Registered Developers and Users
  13.  
  14. Listed below are the materials available through Department C of
  15. Commodore Business Machines, Inc., 1200 Wilson Drive, West Chester,
  16. PA, 19380. Send check or money order only (no credit card orders) to

  215. Developers who wish to distribute files/commands from Workbench
  216. or C/Asm Include files on their commercial product MUST have
  217. a license to do so.  Distribution of the items in PD or freely
  218. redistributable form is not allowed.  Licenses may be requested
  219. through your local Amiga support organization, or through
  220. CATS - Licenses, 1200 Wilson Drive, West Chester, PA., 19380.
  221. Licenses are available for Workbench 1.3, Workbench 2.0, Includes
  222. 1.3, and Includes 2.0.  Be sure to specify which license(s) you
  223. require and include your full PAPER MAIL address including country.
  224. Licensing generally costs $100/year for workbench, $25/year for
  225. Includes/Libs.

  227. Current 1.3 Workbench licensees may also request a special
  228. "IFFParse" amendment for distributing the 2.0 iffparse.library
  229. with 1.3.

  231. We expect to have some additional amendments available for
  232. non-registered developers soon for Installer and AmigaGuide
  233. (currently only available to regsitered developers).

  237.              Amiga Example Code and Tools
  238.              ============================
  239.  
  240. 1. 2.0 Native Developer Update (see Dept. C list).  Contains the
  241.    all of the 2.0 Devcon code examples and 2.0 AmigaMail code
  242.    examples.
  243.  
  244. 2. Latest IFF code: Version 37.9 has been sent to Fred Fish -
  245.    It should appear on a disk in 671-680 range.
  246.    Version 37.10 almost done - only slight changes - wil be posted
  247.    to BIX amiga.dev/listings and probably sent to Fred.
  248.    This code requires 2.0 Workbench iffparse.library (the library is
  249.    1.3 compatible).

  251. 3. 1.3 "RKMCompanion" on Fish Disk 344, contains all of the 1.3
  252.    Rom Kernel Reference Manual code examples.
  253.  
  254.    We are working on companion disks for the 2.0 Manuals.  When
  255.    completed, they will be sent to Fred Fish.

  258. 4. Debugging Tools - 2.0 Native Developer Update (see Dept. C list).
